Control Circuitry

We offer design of analog and digital signal shaping, data acquisition, communication, and control circuitry.  We utilize both Eagle™ and Altium™ depending on client’s preference.  With more than 20 years of PCB design, we offer reliability, signal integrity, and performance in our PCB designs.  We also have a low volume SMD assembly line where we can develop prototypes in-house.  Our designs comply with safety standards such as UL1741 and we offer automotive AEC-Q compliant designs if needed.  Our designs are highly immune to EMI, benefit from differential routing for both analog and digital signals, and are designed using cost-effective components.  We design for maximum robustness in power electronics and drives applications and incorporate galvanic isolation in all of our input/output ports including isolated analog sampling, isolated digital communication including RS232/485, CAN, UART, SPI, …, isolated auxiliary drivers, and redundant isolated power supplies.  We also offer redundancy in control board design with reciprocal process verification to comply with safety standards such as SIL-3 and ASIL-D requirements.  Our clients will gain access to design files, rights for remanufacturing, and technology transfer training.
