We utilize finite element modeling and analysis to optimize the design of our motors for maximized power per kg, torque per kg, minimized acoustic noise and vibration, optimized flux profile, optimized utilization of magnetics, maximized efficiency, reduced manufacturing costs, and co-optimized with our drive control schemes. We design both air and liquid cooled motors including harsh environment and sealed motors. We also offer optimal design of inductors including leakage inductance minimization, leakage series capacitance minimization, EMI robustness, and optimal winding topology. We design high frequency inductors and high-speed motors. We offer training and technology transfer to enable our clients achieve a successful commercialization on their new motor technologies.
