Prototyping

We offer low volume prototyping including the development of both mechanical and electrical parts.  We have access to a variety of mechanical machining equipment as well as electrical assembly and testing equipment such as SMD pick-and-place machine.  Majority of our design and prototyping projects of up to 1MW are delivered within 6 to 9 months of contract starting date.    We offer in-house design and prototyping of sealed enclosures, liquid-cooled systems, laminated dc bus structures, and assemblies of up to 2000lb.  We offer prototyping and testing of power converters including dc/dc, inverter, motor drive, and battery chargers.  We have magnetics partners that provide prototyping of inductors, transformers, and motors.  We offer vibration testing up to 40g if needed.
